The hotel offers nice, spacious, and clean rooms surrounded by greenery, with a large balcony and wonderful beds. The service is incredibly hospitable and friendly, making our stay truly memorable. The location, although very close to the city center, may not be ideal for sightseeing. The dining experience offers a variety of Malnad cuisines but can be underwhelming at times.

My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The rooms were big and overlooking the green gardens, making them very spacious and comfortable. However, the service slightly lacked attention to detail at times. The location was perfect for a holiday retreat, although it was a bummer that it is slightly away from the plantations. The dining experience had multiple options but fell short of expectations in some aspects, especially compared to higher-end establishments.
